Eligibility for Return

To qualify, sunglasses must be:

• Unworn and unused

• In original condition with tags

• In original box, case, and pouch

• Returned with receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, email us at infoshadessite@gmail.com. Returns must be approved before sending. Items sent without approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your sunglasses upon delivery. If they are damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
